Terms & Conditions
The room hire charge will be required as a deposit when making a booking. This deposit will be refunded in the event of a cancellation provided that a minimum of 14 days notice has been provided in writing. Full payment will be required no later than 48 hours prior to your booking. No alterations will be accepted after this deadline. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of deposit will be made. We accept no liability for any costs incurred and retain the right to refuse entry. All damages will be the responsibility of the organiser. Payment of your deposit will be deemed as your acceptance of these terms & conditions.
